The current luggage carts DO NOT FIT through the units' entry door,
please don't attempt to force them in.
We have a doorbell camera (Nest) which is aimed at the public area/side, therefore it does not invade your privacy within the unit upon your stay. PLEASE DO NOT cover, disable or mess with the camera (viewing lens, etc.). We use it to monitor activity when our unit is not in use and it could also be deemed a safety feature during your stay.

Once you have settled in, if needed, set the Nest Thermostat to your desired cooling or heating temperature. This is a "learning thermostat" which means that it will adjust itself from time to time based on previous settings from previous guests. That has the possibility to change from your settings and could cause an on-going inconvenience to you.
While HVAC is operating, for best ambient comfort, please keep ALL doors and windows closed at all times. Leaving doors/windows open while in operation can cause system to freeze and a possible service call (that can cause loss of your Refundable Damage Deposit).
