Parking
NOTE: Images are typical and don't reflect actual ones where you live.

I will ask now and do so periodically, please keep common parking areas clean and DO NOT throw trash on it. Do your part and ask your family and friends to do the same in picking up after each other and yourselves. A clean environment not only makes you feel good, but keeps any type of pests (especially scary ones) away for the most part.

So take pride on where you live, inside and outside.

Please, always be courteous and kind when parking your vehicle where there are multiple parking lots. Park mindfully knowing that spaces could be limited and other neighbors are gonna need space for their vehicles. Observe if any neighbors may need to park close by their place due to their physical status and be courteous to that neighbor. Pay attention as well when you have friends/family visiting to ensure they don't prevent other tenants from parking as they arrive; to prevent this, have them park on the street side.
Most areas have no restrictions on parking there.

It is against certain city ordinances or laws to either keep/house an inoperable vehicle or to "work" on your own vehicle within such city limits. Should I be made aware this by them, it will be my duty to have you correct the issue or have your vehicle towed at your own expense.

If you live at a multifamily complex which has a common driveway, DO NOT park any vehicle for more than 15 minutes unattended, except for the purposes of loading or unloading your vehicle ONLY.
DO NOT park your vehicle all day or over night for your own convenience.

If such common driveway has apartments with entry doors facing it, blocking that access in anyway which prevents emergency vehicles from accessing a neighboring tenant or to yourself, could cause a delay or worse to that tenant receiving help from ambulance, fire truck, police, etc.
