This is a "learning thermostat" which means that it will adjust itself from time to time based on previous settings from previous guests. That has the possibility to change from your settings and could cause an on-going inconvenience to you;

While the HVAC is operating, for best ambient comfort, please keep ALL doors and windows closed at all times. Leaving doors/windows open while in operation can cause system to freeze and a possible service call (that can cause loss of your Refundable Damage Deposit).
